A senior on your team, without hiring
From backlog to pull request, one request at a time. Your team reviews every pull request before the merge.
Selected clients I've worked with
Who it's for
Startups and companies with a development team, agencies and software houses. You already have a product or clients, and more work than people.
Agencies can use me under their own brand. I work in your repo and your tools, and your client keeps dealing with you.
How it works
I work in your tools: Linear, GitHub, Jira or Notion.
Onboarding
You invite me to the repo and the backlog. The first request is reading your code and setting the repo up for AI agents, and the setup stays yours.
One request at a time
I take the next request from your backlog, in the order you set, and start working on it.
Pull request
Every request lives on its own branch and arrives as a pull request, ready to review.
Review
Your team reviews it before the merge. Changes asked in review come before the request in progress.
Why me
More than 10 years building web products and working directly with clients, with an AI-native way of working. For your team that means a developer who answers for the code he writes, in compact pull requests that are easy to review.

"We had a great experience with Nicola. We used the subscription which made it very easy to put in requests whenever needed. The collaboration was very easy and the time to respond really stood out. It also really helped to be working with the usual tools like Trello and Slack."

Common questions
How big is a request?
Several small changes count as one request, like a landing page or a batch of UI fixes. A large one, like a new admin area or a payments integration, counts as several, and we agree on how before I start. A new product, like a whole new app, isn't built through requests: it starts as a fixed-price project.
What access do you need?
The repo and an invite to the tool where you keep your backlog. I work in your accounts, with the permissions you decide.
Can we pause?
Yes, anytime. The pause stops the count, and your unused days and your queue are waiting when you resume. You can resume after at least 7 days, and unused days have to be used within 12 months of payment. During the pause my responsibility for the code stops too.
What happens if we cancel?
Just don't pay the next period. There's no notice and no automatic renewal: each 30-day period starts when the payment arrives. No refunds once a period has started. The repo setup and every merged pull request stay with you.
