1. Services
I provide development and maintenance of custom web platforms using Webflow, Wized, Xano, Next.js and Supabase.
2. Payment
Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis, covering both platform build and maintenance. Payments are due at the start of each subscription period.
3. Task Management
All project tasks and requests must be submitted and tracked through Trello to ensure proper organization and progress monitoring.
4. Communication
Communication is primarily managed via Slack and Trello for task-specific messages.
5. Video Calls
Weekly video calls can be scheduled if needed to discuss specific functionalities or clarify any doubts. However, all decisions and requests discussed during the call must be documented and added to Trello to maintain an accurate record of tasks.
6. Third-Party Costs
Costs for third-party tools or services (e.g., hosting, plugins) are not included in the subscription fee and must be covered by the client.
7. Cancellation
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Refunds are not available for unused portions of the subscription period.
8. Liability
I am not responsible for issues caused by third-party services or tools. Additional work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.
9. Scope of Work
If the client has a designer, they provide an 80–90% design which I finalize using my component library. If not, I create a clean, minimal UI based on the client's brand colors and site style. Branding and visual identity are the client's responsibility. Basic animations (fades, slides, hover effects) are included. Complex animations — such as GSAP sequences, advanced scroll-triggered animations, or multi-step interactions — are not part of the service and are not delivered.
10. Intellectual Property
The client owns the code and work delivered upon receipt of the subscription payment for the period in which the work was completed. I do not claim any rights over what is developed and delivered as part of the service.
