Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time during the month. You'll only need to pay the difference between your current plan and the upgraded plan for the remaining period.
You can cancel or pause the subscription at any time.
If you cancel the subscription, it will expire at the end of the billing cycle (31 days).
If you choose to pause it, you can reactivate it after at least a week from the pause date.
However, the remaining days of the subscription must be used within a year of activation.
