How a German B2B Startup with $103M in Funding Built Its New Website with Webflow

Topi is a german startup offering a B2B subscription platform that facilitates retailers and manufacturers to rent out their equipment to other businesses.

Their existing website needed a revamp to reflect their innovative approach and accommodate expansion into new markets, particularly English-speaking ones.

Challenges

  1. Outdated website design not reflective of Topi's brand identity and innovative solutions.
  2. Need for a multilingual website to cater to English-speaking markets and enhance global reach.
  3. Integration of forms with HubSpot for efficient lead management and nurturing.

Solution

I used Webflow CMS capabilities, and the flexibility of JavaScript to address Topi's challenges. I used Client-First for element structure and class naming, leveraging Webflow Localization to translate the entire site into English, and using JavaScript to seamlessly connect forms with HubSpot.

I used the Webflow CMS to empower Topi's team to manage content efficiently, facilitating easy updates and scalability.

Structured CMS collections to organize equipment listings, pricing plans, and other dynamic content, enabling seamless integration with the website.

Multilingual Support with Webflow Localization

Implemented Webflow Localization to translate Topi's website into English, catering to a broader audience and expanding market reach.

Ensured linguistic accuracy and cultural sensitivity in translations to resonate with English-speaking users effectively.

Integration of Forms with HubSpot using JavaScript

Developed custom JavaScript solutions to connect Webflow forms with HubSpot, enabling streamlined lead capture and management.

Implemented event listeners and API integrations to ensure real-time synchronization of form submissions with HubSpot's CRM.

We had a great experience with Nicola. We used the subscription which made it very easy to put in requests whenever needed. The collaboration was very easy and the time to respond really stood out. It also really helped to be working with the usual tools like Trello and Slack.
